Dr. Rothman started Little Eye Shop Optometry with the idea that a visit to the optometrist can truly be a first-class experience. Patient care and comfort has always been a primary goal and along with a highly trained team, Dr. Rothman raises the bar for both him and his staff.

After graduating from the University of Winnipeg with a bachelors in Biology & Biochemistry, Dr. Rothman began attending the Illinois College of Optometry in 2008. Some of his clinical rotations included time at a veteran’s hospital in West Virginia, a private practice in San Jose, California, a cataract and laser centre with five ophthalmologists in central Florida, before returning to Chicago for a rotation in the paediatrics department and contact lens department of the College.
When not working, he enjoys going on hikes with his family, hockey & tennis with friends, and being miserable about the Toronto Blue Jays.
For your first visit, please bring your Care Card and any insurance information you have. If you currently wear glasses or contact lenses, please bring them with you as well. If you'd like to have your previous eye or medical records on file, you're welcome to request them from your previous optometrist and have them sent over to us. We'll take it from there!
Absolutely! You don't need to be a patient at our clinic to shop with us. Whether you're looking for prescription or non-prescription glasses, we'd be happy to help you find your perfect pair. If you have a valid prescription from the past two years, just bring it along and we can get your new glasses ordered!
Yes! There's street parking available throughout Fort Langley, and we also have one reserved parking stall behind our building just for Little Eye Shop patients. Look for the sign that says "Reserved for Little Eye Shop" and you've found your spot!

On average, your new glasses are ready in about 7–10 business days after your order is placed. Sometimes the lab may experience unexpected delays, but we'll always keep you in the loop if your order is taking a little longer than expected. We promise it'll be worth the wait!
